WHITE COATS & CLINICAL CODES

NXL's health and medicine track introduces students to careers at the intersection of healthcare, clinical research, data, and technology. Through site visits, exposure to medical professionals, and real-world case studies, students explore how clinical systems, policy, and innovation shape patient outcomes and community health.

Students build early medical literacy, research fluency, and portfolio-ready experiences — preparing for college pathways in medicine, public health, biomedical research, and health technology.

BLUEPRINTS & BLOCK DESIGN

NXL's urban planning and design track for students interested in shaping the world around them. Through hands-on design studios, community site analysis, and applied problem-solving, students explore how neighborhoods, public spaces, and cities are imagined, designed, and built.

Students gain early exposure to urban planning principles, design thinking, and systems-level problem solving — building work that supports college pathways in urban studies, architecture, environmental design, and city planning.

Code & the Built World

NXL's technology track for students interested in building the next generation of products, platforms, and solutions. Through exposure to San Francisco's startup ecosystem, artificial intelligence, engineering principles, and real-world problem solving, students explore how technology is designed, developed, and deployed to solve community and global challenges.

Students develop early technical literacy, AI fluency, and entrepreneurial thinking — building a foundation for college pathways in computer science, engineering, and technology entrepreneurship.
